Call Center & Taxi Driver Careers

All Yellow Taxi is always looking for part-time and full-time qualified candidates to work in our computerized call center. A commitment to high quality professional and prompt service is a must! Once hired, prospective Call Center Operators and Dispatchers must complete 52 hours of paid, rigorous training specifically designed to prepare them for their new job. Call Center Operators

We need experienced full-time and part-time candidates to work in our new computerized Call Center. You will be working in a busy taxi office, taking booking from customers, inputting information into our database and all related duties as required.

Call Center Operators - Bilingual (English, Spanish)

We need experienced full-time and part-time bi-lingual candidates to work in our new computerized Call Center. Qualified candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dispatcher Jobs

We need experienced full-time and part-time candidates to work in our new computerized Call Center. Qualified candidates must have previous taxicab or transportation experience in a computerized dispatching operations.

Dispatcher Jobs - Bilingual (English, Spanish)

Job duties include taking phone reservations, communicating with drivers and customers, inputting information into database, and completing other related tasks.

Independent Owner/Operators

In order to qualify, a prospective owner must:

• Be at least 23 years old.
• Have a valid California Class "C" license for at least 3 years.
• Be a U.S. citizen or provide proof of legal residence and permit to work.
• Provide a DMV H-6 and K-4 printout that is less than thirty (30) days old.
• No DUI's in the past 3 years No more than 2 points in the past 3 years.
• No reckless charges in the past 3 years.
• Not have had any misdemeanor convictions within the past three (3) years.
• Have no FELONY CONVICTIONS.
• Not registered under the California Penal Code as a sex offender.
• Not have any physical or mental conditions that would prevent him/her form boarding, alighting, securing and transporting passengers safely.
• Be enrolled in a random drug-and alcohol-testing program.
• Be familiar with Los Angeles County and South Bay.
• Be familiar with all the rules and regulations of all jurisdictions they will drive in.
• Be screened and approved by All Yellow Taxi, Insurance carrier.

All Access drivers must also complete ASI in-house operational training course. The course includes both classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel training, taught by a full-time trainer with many years of experience in the industry.

All Cash drivers must also complete All Yellow Taxi, Inc. in-house operational training course. The course includes both classroom instruction and behind-the wheel training.
